The Youth Alliance for Environment (YAE) is pleased to announce the successful completion of a pivotal stakeholder consultation workshop focused on "Enhancing LAPA Formulation Process through VRA and Adaptation Planners." The meeting was Chaired by Mr. Hari Prasad Sharma, Under Secretary and SFP, MoFE, and Youbraj Bhusal, National Advisor, ADPC. The meeting brought together various stakeholders including representatives from the Ministry of Forest and Environment (MoFE), Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA), Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock Development (MoALD), National Planning Commission, World Bank, British Embassy, YAE, and other NGOs and INGOs, to contribute valuable feedback.
The primary objective was to share the conceptual guidance note for the adaptation planner, present the framework of the developed modules along with their objectives, and gather feedback from stakeholders to finalize the module.
